AMRAP in 12min:
* KB Swing 24/16
* Squat
* Push up
Perform 2 reps of each movement
Perform 4 reps of each movement
Perform 6 reps of each movement etc…
Continue in the same pattern until the 12 mins is up.
Score is TOTAL reps!
