POST WOD BBQ SAT MORNING

We’ll be firing up the grill this Saturday morning after the WOD as a nice little closer to the 2012 Open.
$5 a head should cover meat, let me know ASAP if your keen, money prior would be ideal if possible.
Partners, kids, exchange students all more than welcome, just give me a heads up so we can organise enough grub.
Feel free to bring along extras – salads, baked goods, fruit, traditional greek cuisine etc.
Get involved! Get your backside kicked by 12.5, eat meat & drink coffee with your mates and watch Darryl fluff around the box and crunch numbers!
Can’t think of any other way I’d rather spend my Saturday morning/arvo!

Eat meat and vegetables, nuts and seeds, some fruit, little starch and no sugar. Keep intake to levels that will support exercise but not body fat. Practice and train major lifts: Deadlift, clean, squat, presses, C&J, and snatch. Similarly, master the basics of gymnastics: pull-ups, dips, rope climb, push-ups, sit-ups, presses to handstand, pirouettes, flips, splits, and holds. Bike, run, swim, row, etc, hard and fast. Five or six days per week mix these elements in as many combinations and patterns as creativity will allow. Routine is the enemy. Keep workouts short and intense. Regularly learn and play new sports. ~Greg Glassman
