TOUGH MUDDER

TOUGH MUDDER!!!! What an amazing event!! What an amazing weekend in general!!
Well done to each and every team member for making it through, you all did yourselves proud! 20km on foot is a massive achievement, I heard no complaints all day long, just support and encouragement for one another, it was awesome to be apart of!!
I think I speak for everyone when I say I had a great trip!
We were introduced to 90s Powelly (and he’s better than you), Belv introduced us to the “Bat Sack”, Darryl invented a new toilet and named it ‘Bedroom floor’, Liam gave lessons on self defence against knife attacks, Norman Brown expressed his inner cross-dresser, the list of laughs and highlights goes on…
I’m looking forward to the next Team Tenacity trip/social do!
Thank you to everyone who helped organise the trip in some way.
Photos of TM to come!

Eat meat and vegetables, nuts and seeds, some fruit, little starch and no sugar. Keep intake to levels that will support exercise but not body fat. Practice and train major lifts: Deadlift, clean, squat, presses, C&J, and snatch. Similarly, master the basics of gymnastics: pull-ups, dips, rope climb, push-ups, sit-ups, presses to handstand, pirouettes, flips, splits, and holds. Bike, run, swim, row, etc, hard and fast. Five or six days per week mix these elements in as many combinations and patterns as creativity will allow. Routine is the enemy. Keep workouts short and intense. Regularly learn and play new sports. ~Greg Glassman
