Great work guys!!!

Last of all, a super special mention to Tenacity’s own stunt women Mel ‘MARTHUR’ Arthur . AKA Lilo.
After survivng a heart attack after WOD1 and nearly collapsing off of the Rower, she pushed on through the next 2 workouts and half of the 4th….. only to decide at the end of the balance beam to swan dive head first into the ground below and cover her face in blood…..
She wound up with 3 internal and 8 external stitches….
After all this still emerging with a big grin on her face.. we love you, you legend Lilo haha :)

Eat meat and vegetables, nuts and seeds, some fruit, little starch and no sugar. Keep intake to levels that will support exercise but not body fat. Practice and train major lifts: Deadlift, clean, squat, presses, C&J, and snatch. Similarly, master the basics of gymnastics: pull-ups, dips, rope climb, push-ups, sit-ups, presses to handstand, pirouettes, flips, splits, and holds. Bike, run, swim, row, etc, hard and fast. Five or six days per week mix these elements in as many combinations and patterns as creativity will allow. Routine is the enemy. Keep workouts short and intense. Regularly learn and play new sports. ~Greg Glassman
