20mins for QUALITY:
every EVEN minute – 5 HSPU
every ODD minute – 5 Pistols (each leg)
PART B
For time:
In pairs perform alternating sets of DOUBLE UNDERS (10, 20, 30, 40, 50, 40, 30, 20, 10)
RULES – one partner working at a time, all sets must be unbroken, if you clip, you re-start at the beginning of that set.
